How much does a typical repair cost?
Every project is different, so we provide free on-site estimates with no obligation. We'll come to your home, assess the work needed, and provide a detailed estimate. Our pricing is transparent with no hourly labor rates or hidden parts costs.
How long does a typical repair take?
Once we evaluate your project, most repairs are completed in a single visit.
Do you replace broken or cracked glass?
We don't replace glass panes. Our focus is on repairing the hardware and mechanisms that allow windows and doors to open, close, and operate smoothly — including tracks, rollers, locks, latches, and handles. If your glass is damaged, a licensed glass specialist will be best equipped to help.
Screen Repairs
What type of screen material do you use?
We exclusively use Phifer brand fiberglass screening - the best on the market, made in the USA. Options include standard fiberglass, upgraded 18x14 patio grade, 20x20 No-See-Um mesh, BetterVue for improved visibility, privacy mesh, and sun shade options.
What is No-See-Um mesh?
No-See-Um mesh (20x20) has a tighter weave designed to keep out the tiny biting insects common in Florida. It slightly reduces airflow and visibility but is excellent for areas with heavy no-see-um activity.
How often should screens be replaced?
With quality materials and proper care, screen enclosures in Florida typically last 10-15 years. Signs it's time to replace include sagging, holes, tears, or screen pulling away from the frame. Sun exposure, storm damage, and pets can accelerate wear.
Can you repair just one panel of my pool enclosure?
Absolutely! We can repair individual panels without rescreening the entire enclosure. We'll match the existing screen material as closely as possible. For older enclosures, we may recommend full rescreening for a more uniform appearance.
Sliding Doors
My sliding glass door is hard to open. Can you fix it?
Yes! Doors that are hard to open usually need new rollers - they wear out over time, especially in Florida's humid climate. We replace rollers, adjust the door, and include a 4-step track deep cleaning so it glides smoothly again.
Do you repair sliding glass door tracks?
Yes! In addition to roller replacements, we are fully equipped to repair imperfections on your sliding door track to allow your door to operate to the best of its ability.
Can you replace sliding screen doors?
Yes! We offer heavy-duty Samson doors with fully stainless steel hardware and locked-in screen design that won't blow out - plus an incredible warranty. All doors custom measured to fit perfectly. Pet doors can be installed too. We also repair existing screen doors with new wheels or rescreening.
